Artist

My paintings are both spontaneous and intentional. As in an abstract picture, the viewer's eye is quickly caught in shapes, colors, and patterns that produce a visual pleasure at first glance. Then, in the process of translating elements into the real world, one discovers the joy of ambiquity. Images may take on more than one meaning and contain multiple associations. The desire to produce pictures that can stand as both physical objects and independent works of art led me to use of new elements and materials. Fire, water, and air are brought together to create a spirtual environment.
